CREDIT CARD POLICIES - Over the phone Credit Card orders are charged 50% immediately, and the rest at the time of shipping. To prevent credit card fraud, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit used. In order for us to ship a package to your school or work (an address that is not the billing address of your credit card) please contact your credit card's customer service department and request that your work or school address be added as a "secondary billing address" for your credit card. You can then include the your work or school address as your billing address on the order form. Also please remember always to include your credit card's customer service number!

INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICIES - All international orders are subject to a $20 processing fee. All international orders are accepted with direct wire transfer as payment only. We accept check/money orders from Mexico and Canada with credit card deposit only. With Mexican and Canadian orders credit card payment is ok. Customers are responsible for all tariffs and custom brokerage fees.

DAMAGES - We carefully inspect every item before shipping. Thus all damage claims must be made to the shipping carrier, although we will assist you as much as we can in the damage claim process, we will not be responsible for the outcome of the claim.

SHIPPING - We ship purchases immediately after confirmation of credit and depending on availability of product. Purchases are shipped via UPS Ground Services unless otherwise specified. DOWN FORCE INC. does not add additional handling charges; you are only billed the cost of shipping. To determine the cost of shipping, please use the Quick-Cost Calculator at HTTP://WWW.UPS.COM, or check our cost estimates page. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, unless otherwise specified. Once your product is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via e-mail.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Some items are sold on a "special order" only basis. These are products that we do not stock and there is a 50% deposit required on all orders.

RETURNED ITEMS - DOWN FORCE INC. does accept returned items. However, there is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. There is no return policy on special order products. Wheels that have already been mounted, and parts that have already been installed cannot be returned at our discretion.

WARRANTY - DOWN FORCE INC. sells products that it is authorized to sell by the manufacturer, DOWN FORCE INC. honors all manufacturer warranties on every item purchased from us. |
